I am really pleased you have taken the first step! Life coaching is all about you and changing your life for the better. This free session will give you a taste of what coaching is like with me, and making sure we are a good fit to work together. During our call we will get to know each other, what your pain points are, your priorities, your goals and also a chance for you to ask any questions about coaching and how I can help you. At the end of the call we decide whether we are a good fit to work together (not everyone will be!) and then we will discuss the coaching options that are available to you, along with your payment options as well as a start date if you want to work with me! If you are ready to start making those changes and shifts (again, not everyone will be), you will then follow an easy process make your payment to start making those changes in your life! p.s.
