Returns Policy​

You can only return your product for a full refund to the original payment method if your product is defective.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy: 

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1. Reply to your order confirmation email immediately to advise of any damaged/defective products.
2. Then please send your items back to:- The Spiritual Catalyst Coach, 18b Tramway Road, Cinderford, Gloucestershire, GL14 3AY
3. Please note the postage/shipping cost(s) to return your item is your responsibility. 
4. Once your item has been received, your item will be checked and if found to be defective, you will receive a refund within 14 days.

Digital Download Policy

Since your purchase is a digital product (intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content, etc), it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.thespiritualcatalystcoach.co.uk are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no-refund policy.

The Spiritual Catalyst Coach (The Holistic Health & Wellbeing Company LTD) reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
